We strive to make great design accessible, and we offer free shipping to:

If you live somewhere else, please don’t hesitate to contact us at email@example.com or tag us @taktcph to let us know where you live. We will try to find a shipment solution and estimate the additional shipping fee.
When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works:
you order → we process → we ship → you receive your order
Ordering takes a few seconds. Standard processing takes 1-2 business days. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. In total you should expect to receive your order 8-10 days after you placed in your order. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return it within 30 days for a refund (see below for details).
We offer free returns from the following countries:

If you live outside these countries (France, Netherlands, Spain & United Kingdom), you are responsible for the associated return shipping charges. Please contact TAKT Support Team for more info on how to proceed at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How to return an item?
You have 30 days to return an item unless it’s damaged or heavily used.
All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all parts the item came with. We only accept returns in the original packaging.
Once we receive it, we’ll inspect your returned products. If they are in good condition, we’ll issue any appropriate credits and/or refunds. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase or in the form of store credit.

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, we’d be happy to send you a replacement. Just email us at email@example.com within 72 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange. In your email, you’ll want to include the order number, your name, a brief note describing the damage or defect and photos of the same.
Aside from damaged items, we don’t have a formal exchange policy. But you’re free to return one product and purchase a different one.
