Where do we ship to?
As part of our strive in making great design accessible, we offer free shipping and free return within Denmark, Sweden, Germany or Belgium.
If you live somewhere else than the mentioned countries, please don’t hesitate on reaching out to TAKT support team at email@example.com. Then we can find a solution and ship your future TAKT product directly to your home for a small shipping fee.

When will my order ship?
Here’s how it works: –> you order –> we process –> then we ship.
Ordering takes a few seconds. Standard processing takes 8 to 10 business days within the countries mentioned above. Then one of our carriers takes it from there. You’ll get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships. It’s on the way!
You have 30 days to return an item unless it’s damaged or heavily used.
Note: All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all parts the item came with. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase or in the form of store credit.
If you request a return, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping back to us as long as you follow the return process. Once we receive it, we’ll inspect your returned item. If it’s in good condition, we’ll issue any appropriate credits and/or refunds. We only accept returns in the original packaging.

If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, we’d be happy to send you a replacement. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange. In your email, you’ll want to include the order number, your name, a brief note describing the damage or defect and photos of the same.
Aside from damaged items, we don’t have a formal exchange policy. But you’re free to return one product and purchase a different one.
