Christmas returns & refunds
We’re extending our return policy leading up to Christmas. Online purchases made between Nov 20th – Dec 21st can be returned for a full refund until Jan 31st 2024.
What’s your return policy?
Within 30 days you can return undamaged items for a full refund.
All returned items must be unaltered and include the original packaging, including all parts the item came with. We only accept returns in the original packaging.
Once received, we’ll inspect your returned products. If they are in good condition, we’ll initiate the appropriate refund. If the product shows clear signs of wear or damage, we retain the right to deduct an amount from the refund that reflects the reduction in value.
Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase.
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, we’d be happy to send you a replacement. Just send us at chat to Tone within 72 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange. In your chat, please include your order number, your name, a brief note describing the damage or defect, and photos of the same.
If you would like to exchange your item with another product, please return the first product for a refund it and purchase a different one.
How to return an item?
If you for some reason would like to return your TAKT product, we made it easy for you to return it.
We offer free returns from the following countries:

To initiate the process, please choose one of the options below:
To initiate the process, please complete the online returns form on our Product Returns Portal.
You’ll then receive an email with your return label and QR-code within 24 hours on weekdays.
Pack your item in the original shipping box and put the return label on top of the original shipping label.
Outside these countries, please chat with Tone to plan the return.
How long does it take to process a return?
Under normal circumstances you will receive the refund within 10-14 working days after you have initiated the return process.
