How to return an item?
If you for some reason would like to return your TAKT product, we made it easy for you to exchange or return it.
We offer free returns from the following countries (outside these countries, please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org to plan the return):
- United Kingdom
To initiate the process, please choose one of the options below:
1) Simply contact TAKT Support Team at email@example.com with your order number.

What’s your return policy?
You have 30 days to exchange or return an item.
All returned items must be unaltered and include any original packaging, including all parts the item came with. We only accept returns in the original packaging.
Once we receive it, we’ll inspect your returned products. If they are in good condition, we’ll issue any appropriate credits and/or refunds. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used to make the original purchase or in the form of store credit.
If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is defective, we’d be happy to send you a replacement. Just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receiving the item to request an exchange. In your email, please include your order number, your name, a brief note describing the damage or defect and photos of the same.
Aside from damaged items, we don’t have a formal exchange policy. But you’re free to return one product and purchase a different one.
How long does it take to process a return?
For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Under normal circumstances you will get the refund with 10-14 working days after you have initiated the return process.
