The SOFT KIT collection is a collaboration between TAKT and Kit Couture, combining Danish design with furniture and DIY crafting. The collection features knitted cushions for the Soft Chair and Soft Bench, pillows in various sizes, a large throw, and decorative wall hangings.

This design is specially crafted for the Soft Chair and Soft Bench, whose organic shapes and details complement the qualities of the yarn. The soft wool, knitted into intricate stitches, meets the natural beauty of wood, playing with texture and form.
The wood, though solid, is bent to create an organic appearance, while the soft wool is knitted into a striking geometric pattern. In SOFT KIT, natural materials and contrasting textures are harmoniously brought together.

A Dynamic Design

The design showcases a bold, graphic, and geometric pattern that invites creative play with colors and scale. In the knitting world, this technique is known as domino knitting.
This method creates a modular system where the dynamic elements lie in the varying sizes of the squares and the interaction of colors. The piece evolves as each square is knitted using the garter stitch, with one square flowing seamlessly into the next.
