The duo André Rossi and Rhys Howell-Morgan, known for their popular restaurant The Sixteen Twelve in Jægersborggade, has brought their expertise to Carlsberg Byen with their breakfast venue, Cadence. Cadence has already received acclaim from Politiken for its health-focused brunch, with a special emphasis on fermented delicacies. “For us, brunch is as much about the people you’re with,” says André Rossi. The space is furnished with Cross Chair Tube, which facilitates this feeling.
